An interesting tower in a pretty secluded public beach built in 1926 for the family of William E. Brown, a state senator representing California’s 37th district.  There are many stories surrounding the tower but net/net this is definitely a must see. Very interesting architecture coupled with great natural beauty.
Of note, this location is tough to get to for those that haven’t been there before. Probably the easiest path is to park on PCH near Sunset (I put the map pin at the location) and walk down Sunset to a staircase that leads you to the beach. The tower is just north of that location and you shouldn’t have any issues finding it from there.
